Steph is a Rochester NY native & Webster Schroeder High School Graduate. After attending college she found herself working in administration for a local renovation and interior design company. From there went to study as an inside sales professional under some of the best and brightest coaches in the Real Estate business.

 

Her talents lead her to entreprenuership where she assisted agents across the country and in the top of of their markets in lead generation and coaching.

She now brings her talents to servicing her own sellers and buyers in Monroe, Wayne, and Ontario counties.

An equal rights and fairhousing advocate she brings a well balanced professionalism to her negotiating along with her refined sales & negotiating skills.

Long time competitive equestrian she also specializes in agricultural sales of Farm & Land and specfically equestrian facilities.

Outside of work and advocacy she enjoys riding her horse Franki, hiking her with her dog Chompie, playing guitar and boating on Sodus Bay with her family.
